Registration Fees
Early Bird: EUR 650.- (first 200 registrations)
Regular Admission Fee: EUR 780,-
Student Admission Fee: EUR 390,-
Student Admission Fee requires proof by copy of student card. Membership must be proven upon arrival. Please note PhD students over the age of 35 are not eligible for student fees.
A surcharge of EUR 50.- will be added for on-site registrations.
Registration Fees include: Access to all sessions, posters and exhibits, daily highlights, proceedings, conference material and coffee breaks.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be done in writing. In case of a rejected visa application, the entire registration fee, minus a handling charge of EUR 100.00 will be reimbursed to conference participants from countries requiring a visa. For any cancellation received up to four weeks prior to the event, a full refund, minus a handling fee of EUR 100.00 will be paid. At a later date, no refund will be paid.
